The straw shredder is a special crushing equipment developed by our company for the recycling of agricultural waste straws. It can efficiently pulverize various crop straws into short fibers (according to user needs), which provides convenient conditions for the comprehensive utilization of straw in the next process.
Double Shaft Shredder Features:
1. Double cutter shaft structure, using multiple multi-claw cutters, and changing with the cutter shaft at multiple angles, saving labor when shredding, strong shredding force, uniform particle size after shredding, showing strong shredding ability .
2. The motor is used as a transmission structure through the planetary reducer transmission system, making it a powerful operation at low speed and high torque to achieve the breaking effect.
3. The large transmission coupling is made of special steel, hardened by heat treatment, and has a long service life.
4. The planetary reducer is adopted, which has high transmission efficiency, smooth operation, low noise, large torque and long-term operation.
5. Low-speed and high-torque design provides lower noise and less dust, and improves a good working environment.
